This was my first time at letting a property, and the staff were most helpful. However, it was often difficult to speak to the person you wanted, and they didn't ring back when asked. The advert had several mistakes and important information was not passed to the tenant. It was let pretty quickly.

Overall a reasonable experience spoilt by the confusing repetitive DocuSign system which does not appear to work that well first time. Staff pleasant and helpful but inventory accuracy poor with regards to condition of many items on site so we produced our own photographic inventory (around 1600 photographs) a copy of which we deposited with the local office to form the basis of our understanding of the actual situation a the property on the day we took it on. So far the property is proving to be a wise choice and we are happy with the overall situation. We have experienced one slight issue with an outside security light failing and we are currently awaiting a call back to organise how this is rectified.

I can only comment on the personnel I actually communicate with on a regular basis which is Emma R Chris & Sam to a lesser degree when Emma is unavailable I like Emma's attitude which is totally can do culture and doesn't take offence when occasionally my language gets a bit flowery which is much appreciated Chris & Sam being of a similar ilk Good team
