Having used two other agents for both rent and sale in recent times, I have to say that Leaders have been head and shoulders above the other agents. Whilst there are individuals within these corporations who are good, the corporations and main offices let them down. Leaders however have local sales, rent and account agents who take ownership of their covered area. I found them to be proactive when it came to selling our property, finding potential buyers and not just waiting for them to come through the door. They where also proactive and instrumental in helping to close a deal which benefited myself as a seller and the buyer of our property. They where also happy to do work in chasing solicitors. As a rental agent (from a landlord point of view) I cannot praise them enough; as a local account agent, problems where sorted very quickly and any works needed where done to a high standard and reasonable cost, but it was the personal service that made the difference. When we had a problem the agent visited the property and got involved and this made the difference to previous agents we had used. They where able to understand the problem and get it sorted quickly and efficiently. All in all, very happy, I wouldn't use anyone else.
