Overall satisfied with the service since we asked to be kept up to date. However recently had a report on our property stating in need of small repairs. I emailed regarding dates for the work to be done and am still awaiting a reply. I appreciate it has not been long but in order to keep tenants happy I always feel its good to get the work done as soon as possible.

I received the tenancy agreement on time and the subject of my tenancy was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I forgot to send the admin charge but the agency prompted me at the end of the month thereby giving me time to get the money together when I was paid by my employer.
