Overall I have been very happy. Nothing bad to say.

Very professional service and always available to deal with queries. Very proactive on keeping all parties informed on progress throughout the Sale & Purchase process.

Have been with youjr company for several years now and I am very pleased with service The only problem is my lack of knowledge with computers etc. so getting all information by e mail is sometimes daunting. Prefer either a phone call or letter.

Can take time to get work done but that is down to having to get estimates from 3rd party.

You manage three properties for me and I am extremely pleased with the professional service provided.

Bit annoyed that the overflow from the loft is still leaking water. I'd hate to think how much extra my water bill will be this month. Also had extra keys cut for the passage gate and still waiting for payment and collection of keys.

Our experience with Leaders has significantly improved with the new agent in charge of our flat. She is just great! However, we would certainly welcome stronger relations between Leaders and the management company of the property where we rent our flat. (The windows haven't been cleaned for at least 9 months, and we still don't know when and if they'll be cleaned again.)

Leaders are a first class outfit. They don't promise the Earth, but just do what they are good at - selling property. And that's just what they did for me. There were a few hiccoughs along the way, as there usually are with property sales, but it all ended well and I couldn't ask more from an estate agent. Leaders certainly are named well and I would recommend them to anyone. Well done Leaders!
