I am very happy with my dealing with Leaders and being treated like a person rather than a money source and being fed total lies. Its very refreshing to find a letting agents staff that are a pleasure to deal with and understood my needs and how urgent my needs were at the time. It took me some time to get used to renting but I can say now that I find the house very sunny ,clean,fresh and very .nicely maintained

the service I have received from Leaders has been very good. The house though is problematical. There is a serious leak in the laundry room with a pool of water every time we have heavy rain. Things tend to drop off! The latest is the finial of the sitting room curtains. The lavatory seat which was fixed by your plumber has come loose again - he said at the time that is was the wrong size. The hatch to the loft has come loose and looks as if it might fall. I think the last gale loosened it. I certainly have not touched it at all. There are problems too with the fuel bills which you are sorting out (?).
