Must say the recent change of Tenant went extremely well. As we are out of UK at the moment, was very thankful. Service has improved, been with this company ( or buy outs etc) since 1987. Very happy now.

From initial problems, some of which were never followed up, particularly in relation to the Landlord supply, a Plateau of understanding and expectation has been reached. Currently everything is running smoothly.
