I am a Landlord and having been with Leaders for around 2 years. I have had bad experiences in the past with letting agents. However, the level of service from Leaders is exceptional. They take a pro-active approach and give you the comfort that your property is in good hands. I highly recommend them.

As my flat is relatively new and nearby I only need the tenant finding service. This has been excellent apart from the last tenant who only had a very limited understanding of English - which caused a few problems.

Generally, everything flows pretty smoothly. Only point we would make is that the " property manager " allocated to our two apartments seems not to be constant.

We are very happy with the service Leaders give us. Any queries or problems we have are sorted very quickly

you found my tenants on an unmanaged basis , and so all was good , The tenant have over the last couple of months , needed reminding about paying their rent ---but have then paid . A guarantor is in place , and so not completely a surprise . So all in all , so far , a good agency performace.

In terms of being able to get hold of JSM/Leaders, they're fantastic. Replies to emails and answering the phone have never been a problem. Never leave a message though as it can take three days for them to get back to you which by then it is too late. Always helpful in the office when I've visited in person, polite and friendly staff. Horrible choice in preferred contractors though as the first two recommended to me couldn't keep an appointment and then never answered their phone or replied to voicemails. Third contractor offered is fantastic though, very happy with them so far. Overall a brilliant company, just let down by not being too great getting back to you.

Happy to have got the property let quickly so well done there. Only let down by the fact that the monthly statements were sent by mail and not email as is the default setting with the other properties you let for us
