They went above and beyond their remit firstly in understanding our circumstances and making it possible for us to get a property perfect for our needs. Overall the service provided to us was really good, very organised with the referencing and handing over of the keys. Good amount of supporting paperwork and support. However the gentleman that originally showed us around the property didn't really seem to know what he was doing. He couldn't get into the property to start with, so had to ring other residents in the property to let us in (it was a flat) and then once in he couldn't really answer any of our questions. Also, they informed us that they had contacted the council and utility firms, however we still had to contact them as well so it just caused some confusion. Apart from that we were very satisfied with the service.
