Although the costs are slightly higher than other estate agents, the service is generally of a high standard. The only negatives is sometimes having to chase up any maintenance work needed doing to the house after already reporting it.

Leaders have been very professional, efficent and effective in everything they have done. As tenants for almost a year I would say we are very happy with their service - and the home we are renting.

I would like to say that the company have been excellent in acting as agents for me. Nothing is too much trouble and sorts things out straight away both for me as a landlady and the tenant also. I would never hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Leaders are a very professional firm.
