After a bit of a roller coaster of a ride to the start of our relationship when we first took over the flat - which was more down than up unfortunately. Things have recently improved very much and I am very happy with the service that we are currently receiving. There are a couple of things that I would like clarity on such as is it your responsibility to keep us aware of the state of the fire extinguisher within the property and any PAT testing of electrical items that is required or is that down to us? (we have a full service contract)
