Took a while to get things right but thanks to one excellent member of staff now running smoothly Just need to get our names right in the statements and it would be perfect.

We have felt that the company gives a very good service and always responds quickly to any queries or requests.

Sometimes takes a little while to get through on the phone and I found my voice mails weren't being answered. But when I did get to speak to someone they were very good and helpful!!

Eaton office is excellent; letting office in centre of Norwich is not quite up to that standard, more between average and excellent.

On the whole we are very pleased with the way Leaders interacts with us. We've got to know the manager who deals with any queries we may have. Also I like the fact when they come to inspect the property they do it as unobtrusively as possible. They do consider that not only do they have report to the Landlord; But they also respect the fact that we consider the property our home.

I'm lucky enough to not have had any issues but when I have spoken to my management person, they have been courteous and helpful.
