Very reliable and thorough service throughout.

In the early stages of the sale I was slightly unnerved by a member of the team based in Nottingham who told me her remit was to hasten the sale of my property reminding me that if I had not complied with all the basic documents there could be no sale. Naturally I resented this patronising approach and couldn't understand how somebody based in Nottingham would know anything about Norwich. Her communication s were also somewhat gauche and I concluded she must be something like the Managing Director's daughter and ignored her until I was informed she had left anyway. The Norwich based Leaders team were first class however, quick to find prospects and assiduously bringing them forward until they got one that converted into a sale. Communication between myself and them was also good and they showed a great facility, if my experience is anything to go by, for making an interface with the vendor, understanding their needs. I didn't see any printed marketing material relating to my property but I got the impression it was more the Leaders style to make personal contacts on-line and so on. It certainly worked for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending yourselves.

It was a pleasure being able to move into such a nice property. Everything was nice and clean, freshly painted etc, the kitchen is lovely, and the new garden gate is brilliant. My only regret is that everything was painted in Matt Paint so that it is not possible to wipe anything down, and that the bathroom was not painted with bathroom paint because the paint there is blistering in places. Otherwise I am so pleased to live in a lovely bungalow like this one. Yours faithfully, Gavin Buck.

Very happy with the service received from Leaders in Norwich. They were always happy to answer my questions and I felt informed at each step of the process.

From the first phone call to book a viewing to picking up the keys, everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite. They always endeavoured to answer any questions and if they couldn't, then went away to find out. I cannot honestly think of any negative points to make. Thank you.

The services provided are ok, with some lags between electronic communications (emails), had some small problems at the beginning of tenancy I don't wish to remember again, but so far an overall good experience.
