have been more than happy with the service I have received in the previous years, however currently I have a new tenant in my property who have been without a back door key for six weeks now and as it was leaders who lost the key they were going to put it right but as of 28.3.17. still nothing. Must be really inconvenient for tenants and I assume they are using the patio doors at the back of the property instead potentially ruining the carpet. A real shame as leaders have been great up until now, possibly a case of too many different people dealing with this one case!

quick response and good service . Its a shame the landlord clearly does not want to do basic maintenance . It would appear they really need responsible tenants like us .
