quick response and good service . Its a shame the landlord clearly does not want to do basic maintenance . It would appear they really need responsible tenants like us .

Very good service. One hiccup, where your fee was deducted by you from our rental income received from our tenant, after we had already paid your invoice separately. It took a while to be refunded to us.

Although finding the right property is a very stressful process, the agency made it very easy for us. Leaders is very well organized by sending all details and procedures immediately and unequivocal. Everybody were friendly, patient and collaborative. Overall, It was a pleasant experience.

Generally fine. We can contact you if need be. Your response is usually quick and useful. I am surprised since you are such a large national company that you don't publish a monthly or bimonthly tenants newsletter/ 4 x page magazine. That way you could give information. Tenancy legislation etc. Tips. Contact info. Letters page. Proper type list etc I of course could run it I used to be in publishing. Your could fund it by some helpful advertising. National companies like Packing boxes. Energy. Home goods etc
