The whole process of buying a property was very swift and to the point. Although I have to say, it wasn't the best customer service until the point my offer was accepted.

Tayo and Gemma in the Nottingham office in particular were brilliant. The sale dragged on but you remained profesional and always kept me up to date. Where your service could improve is in the communication - when I tried to call the Nottm office and the pone was diverted - the message got lost a few times

Excellent support from the Nottingham office - especially Jenny, Leah and Gemma. They marketed the property really well and worked with myself and sitting tenants to arrange viewings with minimum disruption. Once a buyer was found there sales progression support was also great.

Molly specifically was great yesterday. A positive and happy to help attitude when I called. She understood the urgency and importance of the issue to me, and this was resolved within 2 hours and I was really happy. Mark has always been helpful and very patient ! He has helped me with a number of different queries and he has been consistent with his interactions with me.

The team have always been friendly and helpful and don't interfere needlessly. This is a great benefit compared to over-bearing landlords. In order to improve, it would be nice to have a bit more notice about house visits (especially cancellations) and for the visitor to leave a note so that you know they have been in the house.

Communication was good. Impressed by the on-line possibility to sign agreement. Found the tenancy agreement slightly excessive and long. Would appreciate a shorter version, easier for the landlord and especially the tenant to read.

Our property recently changed hands from Bulmers (who we had great service from) to Leaders, although we were only informed of the change over at the end of July, and despite a hiccup with my Bank changing details over, the process was seamless, in the short space of time Leaders have taken over our property the communication has been great, Michelle who carried out our recent inspection was both professional and lovely, as our arrangement with Bulmers was for long term and have a good personal relationship with the Landlord who lives close by, I would hope our tenancy would continue for many years to come, thanks to all at the Nottingham branch who are giving the same great service as their predecessors
