Overall we found our move stressful but mainly due to the Lettings hub process. They continually lost information sent to them and changed the requirements often. However, leaders did a great job and Greg our agent was a real star who helped us with any thing we asked of him.

Greg at the office really was exceptional in getting me all organised to move in and went above and beyond to help make everything run as smoothly as possible.
