I feel Leaders have been more than professional right from the get go and I have always felt the service received from them was great. We were able to pick up the keys to our new property earlier than first planned to allow a smoother move from one flat to the next, so that was really appreciated. So far, I've found all the staff very friendly and easy to deal with.

Leaders are sometimes hard to get hold of which can be frustrating when something urgent needs sorting out. However, they are polite, efficient and have always sent someone from property maintenance to my apartment, promptly, when needed and overall I am very happy with the property management service
