Generally the service is good but on occasions could be better.

Everything was good except the fact that: - I did not received an inventory - I had found broken elements within the furniture... and I was not informed by this or that the windows were having mould or taps have lime scale... - Did not received information on where and how are the electric or water readings P.S. - I had not seen the place before the contract. Still....

I have always found the service reliable and helpful - although sometimes I am not confident that my own wishes or instructions are fully considered in terms of tenancy (butI understand the need to let!)
