Excellent service with good tenant and landlord continuity. Leaders quickly resolved maintenance issues on our behalf and performed very comprehensive entry and exit inventory. We would definitely use leaders again for our current & future BTL portfolio of properties.

Only problem we had with your company was early on when a tenant was being processed and after a few days we were informed that there was a mix-up between 2no flats and that the tenant was not interested in our flat but another in the block. Other than that all other dealings with your company have been carried out in a professional manner.
