Leaders were able to find tenants to view our property but Leaders didn't give us feedback from viewings automatically - we had to follow up to request this. There was some confusion with Leaders taken payments over work. Overall happy despite the above issues.

After getting the reference from my landlord (which was excellent) they had additional questions to him. I have no problems with additional questions, but it was really urgent to get the apartment. Having leased two properties with Leaders for many years we have had no cause for complaints. The staff have always been helpful and happy to help with information, or any queries we thrust on them.
