I have found Leaders to be very helpful and informative all through the sale of my property. The weekly updates have been especially helpful keeping me informed at all times. I would definitely use them again.

Overall great service an proactive support. The only negative was in the process of viewing the flat, at no point were we informed the flat was under offer. We were not informed until we decided to make an offer. We then had to wait until the prior offer was withdrawn. It would be good to have known this upfront.

Personally, we have been very pleased with the service that Leaders has provided. However, there were a few mishaps. Firstly, our renewal of tenancy is due in April 2017 for 6 months and till today, we do not have the inventory confirmed and signed as the property manager has not gotten back to us. We understand that it may be difficult to liaise with the house owner but this minute things may cause some discrepancies. Also, with regards to the house insurance with Hepburns, we were charged double, only to find out that 2 accounts were set-up when we moved in. It was only resolved upon calling Hepburns directly. We understand that the property managers may be having a lot on their plate and may have missed certain details. But these things need to be rectified and with clear judgments.
