Having gone through the whole process with Nikki at Leaders I was very happy with the service provided. We secured the property in a timely manner being kept in the loop at all times. Only point to note, after getting the keys it would have been nice if someone had shown us to our flat. We had a couple of questions that we spoke to the concierge about, when they were probably better suited to someone at Leaders. The person who we spoke to that day (not Nikki), was unable to ask a couple of our questions.

Leaders helped me when things seemed to be going against us. Staff reacted in a timely manner to the problems faced and even did a FaceTime viewing to avoid the need to travel miles and take time off work

I wish to say that I am very satisfied with the service that you are providing me as a tenant. Any repairs and problems that I have had over the last 10 and a half months have been fixed by you as soon as you were able. I am very impressed. I think your staff are all very kind and helpful.
