From first contact, their sales team were very friendly and took the time to understand my circumstances and requirements but were also in no way pushy which was great. On instruction, it took no longer than 2 weeks to sell the property which was fantastic and allowed me to find my onwards purchase even quicker than anticipated. Notice before viewings was always given and the team there consisting of Ian, Abbi & Michelle were always on hand to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. During the conveyancing process, the sale was adopted by the Leaders sales progression team where this sale was dealt with by Lucie. I have to mention Lucie too as she was a massive help along the way with going between both parties and helping to get vital answers to questions that helped bring the sale to its conclusion. Lucie was very friendly and her department is definitely a positive which helped to alleviate the natural stress associated with selling a property. Overall a very happy customer and I’m hoping Leaders can open a sales capability in the branch I’m moving to next, in which case I’d have no hesitation to use them again.
