As absent Landlords we are relying on your services to inspect the property. We haven’t had an update on the inside of the property. Very quick to sort out the problem of lock for the tenant for which we were grateful.

So far so good, only one minor hiccup. There was a problem with I spoke with a member of staff and subsequently received a call from a repair firm and confirmed a visit for 2 days later. The following day I was tinkering with the machine and resolved the problem. I phoned Leaders, Poole advising them I no longer required the repair company services and would you please cancel the arranged appointment. and ensure I would not be billed for a non-event call out. The next morning the repairers called !!! I advised them I had cancelled their visit the previous through Leaders Poole. The message had obviously not been transmitted.

Any problems we come across have been resolved quickly and the move was easy aswell. Very helpful

I am happy with the flat and the service from Leaders. Professional and friendly service. One small point - is 15 minutes really enough time to view a property? For many of us, this property will hopefully be our home for a while.

Would recommend Leaders when buying or selling a property. My sale presented a few hurdles along the way. I was kept fully informed at all times which made it a lot less stressful. I would say that the staff at the Poole Branch went above and beyond what would normally be expected from an Estate Agent. Well done.
