I have recently received all the information from my management company, after reading this there are a couple of concerns relating to the present tenants. It seems that there's an extra resident staying/sleeping in the apartment. Is this allowed without officially registering it? Secondly, the child's bicycle was left in the communal hall and is not allowed under my lease.
