After a rocky start getting into the property you have been helpful in sorting out a few teething issues. The contractors you use are not to concerned about the quality of the work they provide on your behalf.I have let you know of this and your response was swift to have them rectify there work. Leaders are the best estate agents I have ever had dealings with. The lady who handled our purchase was always in close contact with the vendor and vendor's solicitor - as with my own solicitor. If I had further queries she would contact any of them immediately; emailing or phoning me back as soon as she had answers which was often the same day. She was very professional, friendly, unflappable and well informed about various aspects of conveyancing and legal jargon. Agents I have previously used have always said 'you'll have to ask your solicitor'. This lady already knew the answers. She also kindly took the meter readings at Completion. Nothing was too much bother. I was very impressed with the excellent service I received and would highly recommend this company.

Very thorough and professional as regards legal and documentary aspects of tenancy agreement, tenancy check, and premises inspection. Fast and attentive service in finding new tenants. Excellent problem solving support and resolution of previous tenancy problem. Need to communicate more when liaising between landlord and contractors. E.g. I only got a copy of the gas safety certificate after multiple requests, when I've agreed to repair work I usually don't hear anything else until I see it deducted from my income statement - would prefer to get confirmation that work is going ahead.
