Very clear expectations of what the service comprises and how much it costs. To date the service has been as described.

Has been confusion in the past and a break down in communication when trying to arrange to see the property and arrange entry to carry out repairs. Prices for arranging for contractors to carry out work are so high that we have considered other agents and may again in the future. The price contractors charge if they do carry out the work via Leaders is significantly higher than if arranged by the landlord. We therefore do it ourselves. Good support when considering properties to buy. Good knowledge of the market and successful in acquiring tennants.

Things now to have settled down after the transfer of management to Poole and I have growing confidence in David

apart from the shocking fees, we had an excellent & professional experience with Leaders.

Having let property through Leaders (formerly Allan & Bath) for about 20 years we have confidence in the staff, who have taken great care to match us with good tenants. There is a very professional approach to all aspects, so that we have no concerns.
