I found Leaders to be excellent in their approach. They correctly worked out the going price for my flat and we achieved almost what they expected. They kept me in touch with developments and after one buyer had unexpectedly fallen through, they quickly found another. I'm very pleased with their overall efforts on my behalf.

Very happy with the competence of Pat Reid and Tony Wilson but not very comfortable with some of the other people in lettings at Poole. It is obviously too early to comment on the new property management team in Poole

We're glad to be back with Leaders ( Allan + Bath ) and very glad to be looked after by the Poole branch in particular. We came under the Bournemouth letting someone umbrella before but feel a more personal service will be available from the smaller team at Poole. The service so far has been superb.

Overall impressed with the service. The only negatives are after a month in the flat I do not have a working gas hob and I do not know where my allocated parking space is.
