I have been satisfied with things for some time bit I do feel it has been slacker of late. My mails are not always answered, with the exception of Maud Craven who is great, and I often find that enquiries of any sort either seem to take some time or get lost. But on the whole the service is pretty fair. I do not feel for the time being that I need to look elsewhere!
