Have used Allan and Bath for a number of years and they have always proved an excellent service.

the service has been good no complaints when i ring about anything its sorted very guickly.

Finding of suitable tenants is very good indeed and the flexibility of the inventory taking is extremely helpful. People sent round to show the house are ill informed. Problems encountered every year with the utilities. The switching over from us to our tenants just does not happen .

So far we have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Alan and Bath. The upfront process in terms of renting our property was very slick and painless and all staff we dealt with were very professional and had a great attitude and were also there to help. Although early days, the property management team have also been very helpful. We would have no problem in recommending your company to others.

Excellent service from Pat Reid and Bournemouth in general. However I never feel quite so comfortable with some of the people at Poole when they are looking to find me the best quality let at the best price
