No problems. Excellent as far as we are concerned. Goo quick replies and very helpful. E mail down loads are a pain but that's technology I guess. A very fast way of dealing with paperwork quickly though so just a good comment from us. We are lucky we have a good efficient landlord too so any problems dealt quickly. :)

I am very pleased with everyone at Allan & Bath Poole branch. From my initial contact with Tony, we have had a great experience. Tony addressed every issue immediately, always making sure that my concerns were looked into. I was their tenet 10 years ago and very impressed. I have been pleasantly surprised again and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in dealing with a professional agency.
