so far everything seems to be running ok and when I need to know anything I ring the office and it s normally sorted guite guickly..

I had a tough time initially when i started my tenancy. But later on things were quite smooth. I am enjoying my stay here. The maintenance man is doing the things which had to be done. There are a couple of things remaining and hopefully those will be done soon.

Scott was very helpful in getting me into the property as quickly as possible, even with a few hiccups. He managed to help me make other arrangements so I could move in on the date I wanted.

Not quite the personal service that I received from Waterside properties, but I have had no reason to find fault apart from chasing up a recent payment.

Good service so far, rented a house with them, all clean and tidy; the admin fees are a bit high from my view (plus we had to pay the check out tax at the begging of the contract) but we had a 20% discount at that time. Didn't had any issues with the house until now so hope that in case of any will be as helpful as were at the start of the contract.
