not enough details on the property I rented. Also not cleaned and prepared to a good standard. some items identified on viewing as needing rectification not attended to until after I moved in.

generally we were pleased with your attention but were very disappointed when the first rental was due and failed to arrive on time.It was not until I phoned some 5 days later that you then found that the direct debit was not even in place.We expected you to ensure that this was done,but you did then rush through the payment,that was appreciated.Regards Lynda & Alan aadawson
