Am pleased with the service given so far would have liked the heater fixed or replaced in the lounge as it is a little cooler in this room with only one heater working

It has been a very difficult year for on the letting front. We had to evict a tenant who we felt we had been more than fair to by allowing her to stay on in the flat when her partner left. The flat had been decorated right through before they moved in but had to be redecorated after she left and we had to pay to have the flat emptied. We had new carpet put in throughout so the flat was presented well for a relet. Then it was discovered that there was a leak from the flat above which had not been noticed and a great length of time was taken to get the situation resolved. All in all it has been an expensive experience. We have had to pay Rebbeck Brothers several thousand pounds for an update on Windows etc. Which we realise was necessary to maintain the property to a high standard. Thankfully you have found us good tenants who I hope will be happy to stay for some time. We were sent a letter suggesting that the rent should go up. I replied to the effect that after all the expense that would be good if the tenants were happy to go along with that. However, we don't want to loose them at this point. I haven't heard anymore as to whether the rent rise was well received or not. It has been great to have hassle free months of good rental income after a very upsetting beginning of the year. I hope our interests will continue to be looked after by yourselves.

The leaders team have been very helpful My only criticism is my first landlords inspection The inspector said the smoke alarm did not work I tested it worked since had my brother in law who is fire officer smtest it with a smoke test he said it is working as it should.

Ian and Michelle at the Poole office were invaluable in helping us and advising us upon our purchase and sale. They were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout and we certainly wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others

Professional, helpful and friendly service from all three staff in the Poole High Street office. Couldn't fault their service and I even got some excellent design suggestions for my DIY projects thrown in for good measure from the lovely Michelle! A big thank you to all the staff for everything :)

As I have previously said I do not think a property/flat should be reoffered on the market until the property is completely ready to go back on the market. Presentation is in my view all important.
