Leaders have been very helpful. From the initial property search through to actually moving in all the staff were very punctual and never late for appointments. Any questions or issues were dealt with swiftly and without complication.

It's probably the market, but new tenants haven't been found as quickly as they might - nobody ever wants a void but communication is good & lettings management generally works well despite what I imagine is quite a high ratio of properties per agent. BUT PLEASE PLEASE change "that song" on the answerphone. It drives me insane when on hold!!!

Service is great, staff are most helpful. The downside is that your Accounting System (Invoicing & Statements) appears to have been designed by accountants for the convenience of accountants and can be pretty unintelligible to the rest of us. Yes it gets things right but it can be far from clear at first glance how it does it - I sometimes need to put it all into a spreadsheet to understand what is going on!

Very quick to find a tenant for the property with no fuss or problems. Pleasant, helpful team at the office. Professional and detailed paperwork with lots of useful information. Good advice on local tradesmen when jobs need doing. I have recommended the Poole team to friends.

Before putting a property on the market I think it should be kept off the market until the property is completely ready for offering. Suitable prospective tenants can be lost by offering appointments to view early, when the property is not at its best

Leaders have been amazingly efficient and helpful. They arranged a number of viewings on the day that the property went on the market, securing a number of offers straight away. They managed all of the viewings and the whole process with the minimum input from myself, making the whole process extremely easy. I would definitely recommend Leaders to anyone buying or selling property in the area
