Generally I am very pleased with Leaders service. They are kind courteous and helpful but I do find the accounting system difficult to understand especially when you are paying back, rent through the rent guarantee system. Having said that I am now aware of how it works but I still think it is clumsy. I also now have to check my statements very carefully as recently I am finding mistakes in the statements which are always in Leader's favour not mine.

Portsmouth office very good and always helpful. Have a recurring problem with one property where Leaders keep charging me for an unwanted service and then having to refund it. Irritating but not a disaster. Could also be related to the Southsea office where the property is located. Apart from this it would be 5 stars
