Staff were very helpful. We had an exceptionally long period from offer acceptance to completion and in the end had to meet timescales to keep the mortgage we had, staff were very helpful in chasing and keeping me up to date,

All went very well when we rented our house

We find the service from Leaders to be professional and very responsive, which is why we have transferred all of our rental properties over to you. We feel that we can rely on you to deal with matters in a timely and efficient manner. My one criticism is with the time it seems to take to receive the rental monies into our account. With our previous agent the monies were transferred across the day after payment by the tenant, however, with Leaders this appears to be several days later which is a little annoying as, in my view, you are holding onto funds longer than you should be. Also, we received statements via email from our previous agent, yet you are sending them in the post, which is another delay (and must be an additional cost for yourselves?). We prefer the email option, if possible. Other than these annoyances, we are very happy with the service received to date.
