I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion I received from Vikki Tristram in the credit control department after placing her in an awkward position. Her understanding and friendly nature was way beyond the call of duty.

Property Manager Claire has been absolutely fantastic and I feel has gone above and beyond in her role for me. She has shown understanding and been extremely helpful for what has been a tough time. Claire made me feel I could be open and honest about my problems in my personal life that we're effecting my situation and advised and supported me in getting where I needed to be and liasing with the landlord on my behalf. Very professional at all times but also made me feel comfortable talking. A true gem to your company!! Can't thank Claire enough!!

hi I would like to write a comment regarding Claire Nelson from the Derby Park branch. Claire was extremely helpful in my checkout process when I left my apartment. she kept me informed of the full situation at all times and helped me negotiate a fair deal on my deposit as my landlord was not easy to deal with. she acted very professionally for both sides was very understanding and kept me informed of all the details I needed to know.it was nice to have a successful outcome and to deal with someone who could do there job well. thank you Claire.
