The rent collecting service is very efficient especially when tenants do not pay their rent on time regularly. The Finance team contact both the tenant and the Landlord to keep both parties up to date on what is required and what is happening.

prompt service, only reason I didn't give 5 star is because my toilet wouldn't flush when I moved in and it was in the inventory to be repaired but wasn't. eventually sent out a plumber to me
