Very good service by leaders,except i have asked on 2 or 3 occasions if the unsightly marks on the wall and inside window from a leak in the flat above could be painted over,but as of yet i have still not had any reply from either your office or your maintenance team,telling me one way or the other,a reply at least would be nice Regards Mr Clive Woolley
