Always thought very good, but prior to my house being inspected i reported some things that we'd noticed were damaged in the house. However these weren't picked up in the inspection. I had to ring again to make them out this on file again, so am hoping they'll be noted next time there's an inspection.

I've always found my letting agent to be efficient and do what I ask them to do. A little more attention to detail on the inspection reports would be good-on one report recently, we were given the wrong information re. whether carbon monoxide alarms were present. The inspector had not seen them or had forgotten to include them on the report. Otherwise, we're happy with the service.
