Generally excellent service but I would much prefer a single point of contact account manager that I could go to with any queries - I get contacted by a number of different offices and I wouldn't be sure who to go to for any particular issue.

Leaders is a really good letting agency. Staff are always available for you and answer any question very quickly. I strongly recommend them because I'm very pleased with their great job.

Quite apprehensive when we first looked to rent as this is something we have never done before. However, leaders helped with the process by explaining step by step what we needed to do and what was going to happen. Very helpful staff who always took time to explain everything.
