Generally very happy with the service you provide. The only criticism is that in the last few months we have found that return phone calls do not happen. I rang today about one property maintence and asked a question about another property that is vacant - the question couldn't be answered because of access to the system and I was told that I would be rung back by Lettings to update me on the viewings - this hasn't happened.

It was a very easy no fuss process from initial contact through to picking up the keys. Very friendly staff throughout also.
