Generally the service has been very good. There has been a little confusion and changes over who needed to deal with repairs but I think that is just down to the new merger and the changes caused by it which is understandable. We had a property inspection 3 weeks ago when we werent here, but havent yet heard about it or had a report which is surprising, but otherwise, very happy with the service

Generally very good - your staff are always very helpful on the phone and come across very competent. The only thing that is fresh in my mind is that I haven't received a reply to my email of 11th November that was a response to your Repairs Team on a recent property inspection.
