Service seems to have deteriorated a bit since Leaders took over from IMS, staff I have spoken to seem more stressed since the change My property check report didn't pick up on a missing kitchen cupboard door. Tenant seems relatively happy though and rent is collected on time

Mostly good. A little concerned over the maintenance call out at £55. Been caught a couple of times.... no or very little work £55+VAT! Quality of gas safety check. Found an electrical fault a few weeks after an inspection. If the unit had been taken out and inspection done properly the exposed/burnt cable would have been seen. Sean aware at the time.... I left him wit the cable.
