I am more than satisfied with your services todate. One thing I do appreciate is that, whereas IMS gave a date and time, one had to be at home an hour before and an hour after, you have dropped this so a big thank you for that. The only comment I would like to make is that the subject should state that the letter relates to a forthcoming inspection instead of you writing the address of the tenancy which is anyway written as part of the addressee's details. A question I would like to put to you is, instead of sending letters by mail, could not letters re. inspection not be sent as e-mails. This would save a huge amount of paper and costs too!
