The work that Vikki Tristram in Derby Credit control has done in the last few days for the 4 houses that have overdue rent has been extremely good, comprehensive giving a real feeling of trying to remedy the ongoing situations. From my experience the whole of the credit control team in Derby is very good and helpful. I wish the rest of Leaders was anywhere near as good.

Our tenants for whatever reason, paid the December rental by cheque which unfortunately bounced. Many different reasons were given as to why the payment couldn't be made. In the end part payment was made before Christmas and the rest just before the New Year. This caused a lot of stress for us as we are reliant on that money going in on time. Vikky was absolutely superb and very professional. As you can imagine I was very upset and she kept me updated on what was happening at all times. a credit to your company
