I continue to receive a good standard of service from Leaders. However, it is not to the same personal standard as it used to be when it was IMS.

I have been stressing about finding somewhere to move to and can honestly say that dealing with Sam has been a delight and stress free. She is extremely helpful and has made the process so much easier for me.

We wanted to view a house but that was not allowed due to tenants so were offered an alternative house based on our criteria. We had a viewing that day and fell in love with it. Michaela showed us round and she was absolutely fantastic. She answered all our questions and was more than happy to find out more information if we requested it and was willing to meet us the next day to ensure we measured up before leaving. Antonia was brilliant and helpful when processing our application.
