All--- Because I live and work in vietnam and I rely on emails from your staff,this would be OK apart from you have many staff that get involved in the day to day running of the business ,what I find is that they don`t talk or refer back to each other so I get many emails asking the same queston from differant people. Plus the follow up is poor. Miss Georgie Walton at your long eaton office was extremly polite and was always in contact,, In general the service is good and in the end it comes together..

Excellent service, efficient and friendly. Good that the tenants are vetted, which means we have not had a problem with the ones we have had. Payments always made on time. Only one comment is, when receiving e-mails a couple have not had any greetings or salutations and have had parts highlighted in bold Red letters, which I feel gives the wrong impression and let's the company down, as letters would not be sent out this way. Otherwise, great, keep up the good work!

The service from Leaders was excellent, I understand the reason for the security checks but I had to contact the company on many occasions to answer what seemed to be needless questions. We needed to rent this property while our new permanent residence is being built, all in all the experience has been good and we are loving living in this lovely home.

Staff all very pleasant and do their best to help you, Hayley especially helpful and very supportive.

Leaders were good from start to finish and got the job done. My rental was on rightmove within hours of instruction. My only critical feedback would be that in the latter stages there were a few people dealing with my transaction and the communication between those people wasn't great - people calling to ask the same question and conflicting information provided more than once. It wasn't a major drama and I'd use Leaders again but a shame because it was great other than that...

I am very happy with my little abode , I have had no issues with the property or the landlord.
