The service from Leaders was good the only reason I have given you a four star rating was because we had to do signatures on line, I understand this is progress and as a family we prefer to move forward with the times and keep up to date, however, when doing everything on line the personal touch is missed and you just have to trust that everything is going smoothly. The personal touch was there when we picked up our keys and during telephone converstions. When there were minor hiccups, your members of staff were very willing to help. There is, we feel as a family, too much emphasis on machinery in today's society, e.g computors, mobiles etc... this is not the fault of your employees, it is just how things are done today, otherwise, we are very settled in our new home and like it here, very much, thank you.

The transition, from IMS to Leaders, has gone reasonably well. However, I believe that the performance of Leaders is somewhat below that of IMS. I met with one of the Leaders' managers to express my concerns. Overall, Leaders performance is better than average at 4 stars. I would have rated IMS at 5 stars.

I was really happy to be informed that I had been chosen for the property I got. It was the perfect location and the timing was spot on. Very easy to get everything signed and sealed, all done on line apart from picking up the keys which took a few minutes on the selected day. The house is good condition so nothing to do except move in..The ladies at Leaders that I spoke to, were very helpful & it was a very smooth process..Thank you all.

Following a couple of years of various problems since Home2let was bought out by IMS and subsequently Leaders, I have finally spoken with a manager at Pride Park who has endeavoured to rectify many issues and offered to be my point of contact. I look forward to a more professional and improved service in the future.

Generally very good but not sure some of your agents speak to tenants before getting back to me as a landlord. On a few occasions I have received long emails asking for work to be done when that work has been done a few days before. Also I added rent guarantee but that wasn't visible on the tenancy agreement. Very happy with the Borrowash firm. Cheers
